They are fashioned with extra-wide "stiles" (the long, tall wood members on the sides of the doors), and these stiles are "book matched," meaning the grain on the right door stile matches the grain on the left. They're constructed with our exclusive Engineered Construction and are warm-resistant. These doors feature flat panels rather than raised molding. The panels on each of our stained glass doors are triple-thickness IG inserts. The decorative panel is sandwiched between two sheets of tempered safety glass, for added security, safety, and insulation. And, because the exterior panel is smooth, it's much easier to clean than would be the stained glass design itself.
